On the first level, next to the living room, on the street side, there is a bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. Seven steps up, there's the kitchen/dining area, and another bedroom with two double beds and an attached bathroom also accessible by the hallway. Seven steps up, there is a street side bedroom with a king bed and access to a balcony. This bedroom has a private bath. Seven steps up, there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with two bunk beds, with doubles on the bottom and singles on the top. Both of these bedrooms have a private bathrooms also. All bedrooms have cable TV. The dining room table seats six and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Added conveniences include it being approximately 200' from the Monroe St. beach access, which is ramped, and the OIB Community Center. This house backs up to Fairmont Street, and it's an easy walk to the Coastal Carolina Museum, putt-putt golf, and the pier. Amenities include private pool, enclosed hot and cold outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, six Smart TVs, porta-crib and secure high speed internet. This house has keyless entry. Security cameras are installed and operating on the exterior and/or common areas of this rental property for safety and monitoring purposes.This property has a golf cart outlet by the pool. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
