387 East First Street -This second row house, features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms on two levels. On the main level, there's one bedroom with a queen bed. The main level has one and a half baths. Upstairs, one street side bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a queen. The two pool side bedrooms have two double beds in one, and one double and a set of bunk beds in the other. All bedrooms have TVs. There are four bathrooms upstairs. The dining room table sits eight, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Amenities include an 11' X 22' private pool, outside shower by the pool (not enclosed), central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Blu-ray, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, six Smart TVs, high chair and secured Wi-Fi. This property provides cable service as well as 6 Smart TVs with Streaming to be accessed with guest's own account. This house is across the street from the beach access; there are no structures on the ocean side, so you might as well be oceanfront, which is just a narrow road away. This house has keyless entry. This property rents on a weekly basis only. The golf cart outlet is in the carport.Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
