5 Bedroom (3 KING BEDS) all bedrooms ensuite with a 15’ x 28’ ledge lounger saltwater pool located just "Steps Away" from the beach with no boardwalk beach steps to climb offering you the fun, relaxation, and enjoyment your vacation heart desires!

Recently updated (All new flooring for 2026) with a relaxed vacation vibe, this spacious 2000 sq/ft home has a two-story open living- room/kitchen/dining floor plan. Ground level half bath.

Located on the corner of 2nd St and Greensboro St, this 3rd row house on two levels, features five large bedrooms suites with adjoining PRIVATE shower/baths.

Sleeping 15 comfortably, the floor plan consists of 3 kings, 2 queens, a pyramid bunk (twin over double) and1 set of twin bunks, Each bedroom has an adjoining private bathroom.

The first floor houses two king suites with large sliding glass doors that access the back deck. 3 bedrooms are on the second floor including a 3rd king suite with oversized spacious bathroom and bay window marsh view, a bedroom with queen bed and a Pyramid Bunk (twin over full bed) and with walk in shower, and 5th bedroom featuring 1 twin bunk and 1 full bed and adjoining private bath with tub perfect for the little ones. A 1/2 bath in the bar area of the ground floor. With close to the street corner lot location, partial ocean views can be enjoyed from four of the five bedrooms. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with firestick. The home is also equipped with Fiber Optic high speed internet access so all guests can enjoy the use of any device at any time.

With partial ocean views, the back deck is well appointed with a 4-chair dinette set and 3 large Adirondack chairs ideal for lazy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

The wraparound walkway deck connects to the oversized front deck where you will find a 6-person bar height dining table, 2 large Adirondacks, and 4 comfortable rocking chairs all perfect spots for enjoying the gorgeous OIB afternoon sunsets overlooking the marsh while dining.

The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances including an under bar mini wine fridge for all those extra drinks. Well-stocked white shaker style cabinets are full of all the kitchenware needed for delicious meals while the spacious quartz countertops and peninsula offer the perfect areas for meal prep and serving. The adjoining dining area with bay window marsh views seats 6 comfortably. Barstool seating at peninsula for 5, plus additional 3'x3' occasional table with coordinating chairs provides indoor dining for all guests. In addition to indoor seating, there are multiple outdoor seating options including dining tables on front and back decks as well as a picnic table and 6 captain chairs at Tiki Bar.

On the ground floor you will find the 15 x 28 Ft saltwater pool including a 7 ft. suntan/lounging ledge. 2 in-water chaise ledge loungers and side table provide for the ideal location to work on that great tan or just relaxing while the rest of the family enjoys splashing around in the water!

If out of the water sunbathing is your thing, choose from one of 4 large chaise lounge chairs surrounding the pool or comfy Adirondacks.

When you're done with the sun and sand, wash off in the outdoor private hot/cold water shower before settling into the "outdoor living room" with large couch, side chairs, and coffee table nestled just under the canopy of the deck.

Enjoy drinks and dinner poolside while watching tv and hanging out with friends and family at the oversized Tiki bar. Here you can play owner provided games such as Tiki Ring toss, Ladder Ball, Jumbo Connect 4, or a friendly game of Cornhole on the custom Steps Away boards while grilling up the perfect steaks and burgers on the Weber grill outfitted with all the grilling essentials.

Once the sun goes down, the under glow of the bar and overhead bistro lighting provide the perfect mood of relaxation for those evening cocktails and night swims.

And, what's a party without great music? The house is equipped with Sonos, a wireless home sound system that will make both relaxing in the outdoor living room by the pool and inside the home feel like you are on a tropical island.

Guests may also enjoy the full use of the keyless entry under home storage room. A second full size refrigerator will keep your bar stocked and keep you from running back and forth to the store for ice during your stay!

This storage room is a great space to secure your personal beach gear and belongings. Also, feel free to use the generous assortment of pool/beach supplies including pool floats, chairs, umbrellas, carts, etc. and games provided in this storage room during your stay. Contents of storage subject to change.

With plenty of parking under the house for multiple cars/golf cart, you will never feel cramped or crowded. There is a golf cart outlet in the center pylon of the carport for charging.

This house is less than a two-mile bike or golf cart ride to the famous OIB Pier, Putt-Putt, public park with splash pad, playground, pickleball, basketball courts and open green space.
And of course, all the wonderful OIB restaurants you are sure to enjoy during your stay.

Additional amenities include keyless entry for both the house and ground floor storage unit, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, crockpot, ceiling fans in all rooms, plus a high-chair and pack-n-play for the youngest guests.

In this home the owner will provide one roll of toilet paper and one liquid hand soap in each bathroom. Also, they will provide one roll of paper towels, soap for one laundry load and soap for one dishwasher load.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests.*

ALL RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.

Option to heat pool in spring or fall for $100 extra per day. (3 Night Minimum - Must notify and pay at least one week in advance of arrival date.)
