There's a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the street side bedroom, and two single beds in the third. The dining table seats six. Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron, ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo does not provide cable service, but four Smart TVs provide streaming service with guest's own accounts. This unit offers an excellent ocean view. Hibachi-style grills are provided for guests' use and are located near the pool. Ocean Isle Villas offers 1 parking spot per unit with 5 overflow spots on a first come, first serve basis. Towing is enforced. This property has keyless entry. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
