This mid island house features four bedrooms and two baths on two levels. Both downstairs bedrooms have a queen bed. The first level bathroom opens to one of the bedrooms and the hallway. Upstairs, each bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom upstairs opens to the front bedroom and hallway.

Amenities include: Keyless electronic lock, enclosed outside shower, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Streaming service through Smart TV and YouTube TV; Blue-Light Germicidal UV lights in A/C, and secured Wi-Fi. The dining table seats eight and there are four stools at the kitchen bar. There is an outdoor dining set on the back deck to enjoy your morning coffee, or a cool evening outside. The sunny upper deck has a partial view of the ocean. There are also rocking and adirondack chairs on the front deck and porch area. This home is approximately 300' from the ocean.

There is an IF 120V outlet on the Driftwood Street side of the house.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
