Nestled among the tree tops, this unique octagon shaped home has plenty of amenities, including the use of 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool (with a suana & hot tubs), tennis courts and a volley ball/basketball court all within in a small village setting. This is a home with all the amenities of a condo!

This waterfront home has two levels and a partial view of the lake due to the trees in the summer. Features include a large Master Suite with a King bed & private bath, Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the lower level living area, plus a full kitchen, extra half-bath, dining area and is located just a short walk from one of the three outdoor pools. Please note that due to limited space in these unique homes the kitchen has smaller appliances than a regular home and the spiral stair case to the lower level is somewhat narrow.

The perfect location for a group stay as we have multiple homes located within the Tree Top Village community allowing for groups of up to 28 guests.

Tree Top Village is located on Horseshoe Bend/Lake Ozark and by water at the 12.5 mile marker next to the Four Seasons Cove Golf Course and is also close to restaurants, attractions and shopping including the 80 store outlet mall.

"I enjoyed our stay in the tree top house. Pretty quiet. Could hear boats on the lake, which is not far away. Did not use the indoor pool, but did go to the out door pool. Clean and water was the perfect temp. The house had all the kitchen items one might need for their trip. Was disappointed with the sleeper sofa. No adult could have slept on that. Several of the springs at the bottom are broke/unsewn from the tarp. If you sit on the end of the mattress, it just falls through. My five year old granddaughter slept on it the first night but did not after that. Decking is weathered, but overall it was a nice place to stay."
