While the work is underway, you may notice some daytime construction activity, occasional noise during business hours, and crew members on sitestandard for projects like this.We appreciate your understanding during this time. We can't wait to welcome you!Summerhouse is a gulf view condo complex centrally located in Mexico Beach. Within the complex, you will have access to a community pool, hot tub and sauna. There is also a grilling/picnic area on the ground level. Mexico Beach is a cute little beach town about 3 miles long with local shops and restaurants and gorgeous white sand beaches. Most of the hot stops can be reached by foot or bike along the sidewalk just outside of Summerhouse.This particular condo is a large 2 bedroom unit on the second floor with an additional sleeping nook. It sleeps a party of 7 very comfortably. It is so charming in the way that its decorated, youll certainly feel like youre at the beach even when youve come off of it. The large sliding glass doors let in an abundance of natural lighting and allow for an awesome view of the beach. Take a step closer once you walk out on the deck where you can also enjoy a meal.Come explore Mexico Beach any time of year and stay at Summerhouse 209.
