Can use some modern upgrades. Does not have regular TV, Roku with most add ons. A/C doesnt keep bedroom cool. Again if your bouncing around island and dont want the cost or hassles of hotel, this place is on beach and well located.

Real nice place again this year! We did enjoy the bottom floor better because we could walk right out to the beach. Good local shopping all around as well as close to the beach! Cant wait to come back.

I looked far and wide for a centrally located first-floor condo on the beach. We found it! The bed is comfortable, kitchen well stocked (even a coffee bean grinder!) and theres plenty of stuff you need to enjoy the beach. Beach chairs, towels, carry-cooler, umbrellas, etc. If I did it again, Id go down to the thrift store up the road and buy snorkel gear instead of renting for $10/day. The neighbors were nice, its quiet but friendly. Beach was empty most of the time. Wish I could live there!

The condo is in a great location, central to Maui. Shopping nearby and easy access to all points of the island. Its close enough to the Ocean to hear the waves if the air conditioner's didn't have to run in the evenings. The sunsets are right outside the lanai, take walks on the beach for miles in either direction.
