Lovely rental with all we needed for a 10 day stay. Fully stocked kitchen to cook at the condo. Comfortable beds, clean, newly updated through out. Quiet complex with stunning views and a great pool!

The view is fabulous, but the unit itself is quite dated and could use some sprucing up. The accommodations were perfectly adequate, but I was surprised that the bedroom walls did not go all the way to the ceiling. That space left no room for any privacy. All in all, though, the unit was fine and AA Oceanfront handled both of my requests in a very timely and expedient manner.

We very much enjoyed staying at this condo. The view and the location was fantastic. We just needed more towels, we had to wash them a few times. The bathrooms were little on the dirty side. But overall, we loved the condo. We would love to come back.

Condo was perfect. location was amazing. It was clean. Centrally located. There were a few things in the closet to use, such as beach chairs and a blow up Kayak. I would absolutely stay here again

Great place, perfect location. Nice additional items at the condo. Even used the kayak! Couple items that needed attention. 1. Bedroom windows wouldn’t close the whole way (one panel broke) 2. Same on front door (bottom panels wouldn’t open) 3. Extra bedroom just a little too hot as air conditioning just didn’t get back all the way. We bought a small fan and left it there. Seemed to do the trick. Again, wonderful place and if we come back to Maui, staying with you here again!!!! Thanks!

The stay was great. The updated bathrooms was nice. Kitchen we used everyday and was a good set up. The only bad thing I would say is the mattress in the master bedroom was terrible. That bed is so uncomfortable, thin and hard we didn’t sleep well any night of our stay which left us exhausted by the end of our trip. I think the homeowner should consider buying a better mattress. We would love to stay there again but would not if they don’t purchase a better mattress. The kids room also has cheap thin hard mattress’ and they did better than us but they were still very uncomfortable. That’s really my only complaint. Other than that we really liked the condo and the views.

This unit was clean and bright. You get amazing sunset views and the location is great. You can get to all of your favorite spots from here. Also, if you walk to the adjacent beach you can see sea turtles at sunrise. We would definitely recommend staying here. Be aware that there is no elevator, so you will need to walk up stairs to the 3rd floor with your luggage.

Unit 305 was a very nice unit. The view from the balcony was fantastic, got some great sunset shots. Location was convenient with easy access. The beach is right outside. Definitely enjoyed the stay.
