On site you’ll not only find a fresh water pool and shuffleboard, but also a raised pavilion for entertaining your new found friends and family.

We stayed for 5 nights, it was comfortable and the condo had everything you need. We really enjoyed the BBQ in the gardens. The location is all right for exploring the island. I would book Kihei Kai Nani again if I visit the island again.

Nice place, convenient location, and good price. Decor was a little dated. One helpful minor perk wouldve been an extension cord for the bedroom in order to plug in a phone charger on the right side of the bed.

Had a great time in Maui over Christmas. Condo was very good for our needs. Very clean and very friendly staff and surrounding businesses. Freds is a great place to eat and have cocktails. Only suggestion would be light blocking blinds in bedroom and perhaps a small fan in bathroom. Would highly recommend AA OCEANFRONT. We would definitely stay there again on our next Hawaiian visit.

We stayed at Nani 161 unit for a week. Pros: one block to the beach (Kameole I, II and III) are waling distance. The unit is next to several small strip malls and two blocks from a grocery store (Foodland), the unit had all you need and more to cook as well as utensils. The bathroom had hot and cold water and good water pressure. We needed an umbrella and beach chair and they had that in a closet in the unit so we did not need to buy those items. Cons: Air condition only in the living room. The bedroom was hot! To humid to not have air condition. Maui in the summer time is very hot and humid and we could not sleep in the room.

Great location and the staff was very greeting and hard-working to keep the property in order. We absolutely loved the pool and the condo is a great size.

This place was quite nice. Great location- walking distance to several shops, Coconuts restaurant, Kam 2 beach just across the street.
