Nice condo overall. Location was perfect, check in was quick and easy, and the price is decent for Maui (which is a fairly expensive destination). Only major complaint is that the bedroom has a window that doesnt close completely and lets noise in from the hallway. However, overall this was a great place to stay for our week in Maui.

Great location and cozy apartment. However, looks newer from the photos and needs more cleaning when it comes to fridge and refrigerator. Also, the sofa-bed mattress should be changed.

My spouse and I just returned from our time on Maui, staying in the Maui Vista Condo 1121. We were absolutely delighted with the condo, its condition, and the amenities offered. The condo was spotless when we arrived and the first-floor location was a plus as we could walk right to the door from the parking lot. We found all the appliances to be in top-notch condition (especially the newer washer/dryer), although the dishwasher could do a better job cleaning the dishes. Living room furniture was in great condition and comfortable. The bed was OK - not a bad bed, but personally, we like a slightly softer mattress. In addition to having all the kitchen stuff one could want on vacation (all in excellent condition), we were happy to see that previous guests had left a very nice beach chair, umbrella, cooler, and several additional items for recreation. The bathroom, while basic, was nice and we appreciated that the shower had decent water pressure, which is so often not the case. Nice towels, including three beach towels. A/C worked well, although we were staying during a cooler time on Hawaii, which meant that we didn't have to use the A/C all the time. The condo was lovely, quiet, convenient, well-stocked, and we would definitely stay again!

Well maintained place. Very convenient. The beach is there, Not too far, walking distance shopping center. Got polo & securities on site feeling extra safe I would come back if I ever have plans.

Good price and Kihei location. Unit is next to dumpster, bbq and elevator

Great Kihei location across from Charlie Young Beach. Unit itself is in good condition for not being updated. Overall it is well stocked and I enjoyed my stay. The biggest problem was the bbq pit and the dumpster. Lots of noise and bugs from the dumpster and smoke gets in the unit from the bbq so you have to leave the back bedroom window closed until after 9:00 most evenings so just be aware if you're going out to dinner.
