Sugar Beach
Just returned from a week stay in Maui and enjoyed our stay at this Condo. Upstairs unit with beautiful view of the ocean from the Kitchen, Living Room and Lanai. The until was well equipped with most of the comforts of home. Our only complaint would be that a few minor items needed repair (would have been nice if the screen on the front door would have been repaired during our stay) and the carpets were in need of cleaning. Nice grounds around this two story complex and a nice long beach footsteps from your door. Located on the quite north end of Kihei on Sugar Beach.
Absolutely wonderful
Condo was perfect and it the perfect location for getting around the Island.
Winter Retreat
We have come here for the last 4 years from 2 to 3 months each time. We will be coming back again next year for another 2 months. The unit is great as are the fellow renters/owners and management. We love the convenient location and the fantastic things to see in Maui. It a great location to see whales from our unit and enjoy the sunset.

It's addicting to wake each morning with such a spectacular view, easing ourselves into the day by reading a book on the balcony listening to the waves lapping on the shore. And Kia, thank you for your assistance with all reservations! We enjoyed all of your recommendations.
wonderful views
We enjoyed our Maui vacation so much! The condo was so close to the ocean that we not only had wonderful views, but we had the sound of effects of the waves lapping while we were inside reading, cooking, napping, etc. (only with the sliding door wide open of course). Even when the sun went down and we couldn't see the ocean anymore, we got to hear it all evening. So soothing!
Fabulous getaway
We had wonderful service with ali'i Resorts. They were friendly and attentive to our needs. Condo was missing a couple of things and with one phone call they were there. Location is fabulous, view is spectacular. Can't beat it!! Walking distance to market and quick drive to almost anything else. Spacious, well equipped and very clean condo. Recently updated large common spaces and large bedroom areas both with TV if desired. We really enjoyed the light housekeeping service provided such as linens changed, garbages emptied, floors swept and mopped, vacuuming done as well as restocking TP, paper towels, garbage bags, soaps etc. Nothing to complain about at all; it was all perfect. Thanks to the owner and ali'i Resorts for helping make a wonderful holiday.
Hawaii Relaxed and Quiet
The view is amazing! The condo was very comfortable and clean. It was well kept. The beach was great. The pools were very clean and wellcared for. The shuffleboard was the same. It get windy around 1:30 everyday at this beach. It is very quiet. We never had to fight for a lounge chair. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing spot, this is it!
So Peaceful...
My sister and I really enjoyed our stay, it this was our first time staying at the Maalaea Surf we normally stay next door. Both places are wonderful! We enjoy having the beach right outside our condo! We are looking forward to returning to Maalaea Surf next October and will request the same condo.
