Guest Reviews of ROYAL MAUIAN, #506 Two Bedroom / Two Bath Oceanfront Condominium Kihei, Maui, HI Great condo and great views This was such a surprise a great place to kick back. Easy access to many restaurants and bars. ABC store across the street,along with Cafe O'le and McGilicuddy's close by.

Wonderful Stay at the Mauian We have been blessed to vacation in Kihei that last four years. This was the first year we moved places and really enjoyed the condo. Kai and the group at ali'i are the best. I highly recommend booking with ali'i Resorts. Already booked for next year.

Couldn't be better Had it all. Beach, shopping, snorkeling and wave playing, and greatest view in Maui! Kai is so wonderful to work with. Staying on the ocean front is the best! The Royal Mauian is a great place to stay. After close to 20 yrs of staying there we still love it. We have tried off the ocean condos but don't find it the same experience at all. Ali'i Resorts responded to our small problems immediately and were very accommodating!

Couldn't have been better. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view of Kamole 1 beach. Alii's service was great right from the start. Kai is my new favorite agent. I couldn't believe how helpful he was throughout our 10 day vacation with two 16 year old granddaughters. We plan to come back again next year.

What a view! We recently stayed in Unit #506 at the Royal Mauian. The view from the lanai is wonderful and the proximity to Kam.I beach was excellent. We have stayed in the area before and found this beach to be one of our favorites! The condo was very comfortable. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean and a comfortable king bed and the second bedroom has two twins and a mountain/street view. The unit has a/c in the master and living room area but not in the second bedroom. We took advantage of the Royal Mauian's roof top grilling area several times for dinner and to watch the sunset. We did feel that the furniture in the dining area needed to be updated but otherwise the unit was great! lovely!

This is the second visit for us to this unit at the Royal Mauian. The location on the 5th floor not only gives you a panoramic ocean view, but also a great view up one of the best family beaches. Owners have appointed the unit well - even beach chairs were provided. Excellent snorkelling and swimming and yoga on the beach classes next door make this a great vacation experience. We loved being able to hear the surf and our family enjoyed snorkeling out front with the Turtles. The rainbow mall accross the street was handi for quick pick ups of Maui fresh fruits and other necessities. We loved the beach and condo but would have liked our 2 week stay to have included a once a week cleaning service as the other 4 condos we rented for family did. Last minute vacation Great condo, rather small - does sleep 6 but only if there are 2 couples included. For singles, then sleeps 4.

Loved the condo and the location! One of the Best! Overall, our accommodation was superior. The condo unit was spotless, tastefully furnished including high quality appliances and dishes, comfortable beds/pillows, equipped with latest technology (screen TVs/Wifi, etc), AC, and had an amazing view of the ocean.

Good location. Exceeded our expectations. Maui Family Trip The condo was very nice and comfortable (the air conditioning was a must) The location was picked so we would be right on the beach. Unfortunately the wind was so bad everyday from noon to 5 you couldn't go to the beach. Hence needed to drive further south. Is this normal I don't know??? Other wise is was lovely.
