Guest Reviews of ROYAL MAUIAN, #218 Three Bedroom / Two Bath Oceanfront Condominium Kihei, Maui, HI Paradise to the West, all conveniences to the East This was a super rental for our family of 5. The actual condo was well appointed, and newly updated. Everything worked well (including the ceiling fans) and the place was extremely clean. Kitchen was well-equipped - and with quality items. The bedrooms were a bit small, but to be expected. Views onto the water were spectacular, and being an end unit on the second floor, it was just a quick walk down to the pool and the beach. We really enjoyed the pool area, and found it impressive how well-kept it was. Someone was cleaning off the chairs and wiping down the surrounding glass on a daily basis, Due to the high rate of owner occupied units, it is a pretty quiet place - and they like it that way. Across the street is anything you may need; breakfast places, snorkel gear rentals, liquor store, organic super market - all very convenient, so time is not wasted in the car getting more rum. All in all - we really loved #218.

Maui Trip The condominium was exactly as it appears in the pictures and was beautifully equipped. It worked out perfect for us and was in a great location! The staff and other residents were extremely helpful & friendly! This was one of the best trips we've taken because the condo allowed us to be together easily throughout the week even though we often had different daily itineraries! We would definitely come back again when returning to Maui! Only issue we had was the ceiling fans on the balcony did not work but there was a decent breeze most of the time so we didn't need them.
