Welcome to &quot;Coco Loco&quot; your private waterfront pool and spa home located in the popular rental community of San Remo! This vacation home has something for everyone! The property is situated on the corner of the Palma Sola Bay with a boat dock large enough for a 30&#39; boat (Boatlift in pictures is not available to renters). With no bridges to the bay by boat and just minutes away from the most popular beaches in the area, this completely renovated pool home is the perfect destination point to enjoy everything the area has to offer!<br />

Walking into the front door your eyes are instantly pulled to all the natural light coming off the back of the property overlooking the canal.&nbsp;The home has a spacious open floor plan with a kitchen, living room, and dining all combined with a great view through the sliding glass doors. In this renovated kitchen, the chef is always in the center of things, with an island, a new cooktop, and all the granite counters one could want.&nbsp; The dining room accommodates a table for six and offers incredible views of the water.<br />

Heading outdoors you have an additional seating area for your sunset dinners on the water or to just hang out. If you enjoy cooking on the grill one is provided and available for use. The pool area can&#39;t be beat, and again, offers a fantastic view of the sunset over Palma Sola Bay. Do you enjoy fishing? Dock lights provided on the exterior that makes fishing off the back of the property a fun experience when enjoying the local fishery!<br />

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements?&nbsp; This property offers an open floor plan&nbsp;with all three beds situated on the left side of the home. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom comes equipped 2 bunk beds with Twin single beds both on top and bottom and a Smart TV. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found in the murphy bed which offers Queen-sized slumber.<br />

*The boat lift on this property is owner-occupied year-round&nbsp;and&nbsp;not&nbsp;available for tenants&#39; use.&nbsp;Tenants may dock their boat in the water along the dock only.<br />
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85&deg; is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76&deg; during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.<br />

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (&ldquo;Management&rdquo;), plus tax if applicable.<br />
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.<br />
