Welcome to &quot;Coral Breeze&quot; your private waterfront pool home located in the popular rental community of Coral Shores! This vacation home has something for everyone! The property is situated off Cortez road and brings you out to Sarasota Bay. With a boat dock large enough for a 30&#39; boat (Boatlift in pictures is not available to renters). With no bridges to the bay by boat and just minutes away from the most popular beaches in the area, this renovated pool home is the perfect destination spot to enjoy everything the area has to offer!&nbsp;<br />

When pulling up to the property you instantly notice the well-manicured exterior and large driveway! Walking into the front door your eyes are instantly pulled to all the natural light coming off the back of the property overlooking the pool and canal. The main living space offers a large flat screen smart TV and has plenty of space for seating for everyone to gather around and play games and enjoy family time! For your enjoyment, you also have a professional-sized Billards table available for use.&nbsp;<br />

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals! If you enjoy cooking on the grill the property has one of those available as well!&nbsp;<br />

Leading out to the lanai the pool area has a large covered area and also available space to enjoy the sun in the loungers. The private pool can be heated for an additional fee during the colder months of the year. (This property DOES NOT have a spa). Leading out onto the deck is a large brick paver area as well as an extended dock perfect for your boat along with electricity and water.&nbsp;<br />

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed, a mounted smart tv as well as an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The guest bedroom offers a Queen size bed. A shared bathroom is located in this hallway as well with a tub/shower combo.<br />

*The boat lift on this property is owner-occupied year-round&nbsp;and&nbsp;not&nbsp;available for tenants&#39; use.&nbsp;Tenants may dock their boat in the water along the dock only.<br />
* Pool can be heated for an extra fee.<br />
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85&deg; is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76&deg; during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.<br />

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (&ldquo;Management&rdquo;), plus tax if applicable.<br />
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.<br />
