This was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island, and we could not have been happier with our accommodations on Bradenton Beach. The location truly could not have been more perfect - right on the beach for such easy access, plus beautiful ocean and sunset views from the condo deck. We were surprised by how uncrowded the beach was, and yet within short walking distance across the street or down the beach there were so many great restaurants to choose from. The parking was very convenient, and the condo itself was clean and had plenty of space with a nice kitchen area and laundry.We would definitely look to stay at this condo again when we return!

The place was super clean, the location and views are fantastic. Just a FYI that the place is near a small commercial zone. The only small drawback with this is that a restaurant/bar across the street has live music, every day as best as I could tell however, they have to stop at 10. you hear some while sitting on the balcony, however IMO is a minor thing.

The location of this property is a 10 out of 10; I don't see how you can get any better. 3 maintenance issues that drove me a little nuts. 1. The dryer did not heat, it only blew cold air. 2. The kitchen faucet is a crime, the owner needs to spend a couple bucks to put in a real kitchen faucet. 3. The Thermostat needs replacing. twice I called you all for service because the heat/ A/C would not work. I am not an HVAC expert but I am pretty sure it was the absurdly cheap thermostat that wasn't working, because after a few hours the unit would turn on or switch from A/C to heat or heat to A/C. So someone paid for two unnecessary service calls. Sorry. Other than that it was a great stay. Thanks.

Comfortable and clean beach condo with great location! Condo is lovingly decorated with a well stocked kitchen utensils and cooking items. Convenient access to beach and super easy walk to Bridge Street! Pool is partially covered by parking garage, but a nice break from the sun for a refreshing swim. Would stay here again!
