This was perfect for our family! It was very clean and well equipped. Grandparents, children and grand children fit comfortably. Loved our time in the shared kitchen/family room. Overall we had a great stay and the house is beautiful. We had a group of 9 including 2 children and we had plenty of room for all of us. The home is only 1 1/2 block from the beach...very short 2 minute walk. The pool is very shaded so if you want to sun bathe by the pool, you wont be able to for long. The rooms were all very clean but the living room/kitchen could have used a deep clean. We found noodles, toys, and spoons, paper, and food under sofas and chairs from previous visitors. All in all we had a great visit and I would stay there again.

We’ve stayed at several properties on the island and this was definitely our favorite. The rooms were spacious and it was great having multiple bathrooms. We stayed in the MBR but our guests in the other BRs said their mattress were not very comfortable. Other than that, we loved the property.

Perfect location! Only 1 block from the beach. We walked back and forth to the beach many times each day. Plenty of room in the house for our large multi-generational family. 5 bathrooms was a huge bonus!

Nice, clean and very close to the Beach

Gulfside Oasis was very nice. Very clean at check-in time and the beach was only about 200 feet or so away. We had a small hiccup with an appliance, but Anna Maria Vacation Rentals responded immediately and took care of it.

We did pool and beach over and over all day. Our grandchildren are ages, 10 years, 7 years, 4 years, 18 months and 11 months. Very nicely accommodated all 11 of us. I would like to point out that on the main floor balcony there were two plastic chairs that were badly broken and dangerous, very sharp. Also on that same balcony one of the tops to the railing could be lifted off and could possibly fall onto a car below.
