We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The location was very convenient—we could easily walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it!

Our stay was amazing! Let me highlight a few things out of many. The house had 3 king size beds! The pool had a hot tub! Lots of room outside to relax. Our place had a FULL stocked kitchen! The location was 1 minute away from the Ugly Grouper, which was our first place we had lunch. One of the other things I loved was that Prime Vacations was very responsive to our needs. Very professional. We will be staying with them again.

We had an outstanding stay at this beach house on Anna Maria Island. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The location was excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do during our stay.
The house was well stocked, thoughtfully maintained, and had plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy time together. We especially appreciated the outdoor living areas and the easy access to the beach.
Communication with the host was prompt and professional from booking through checkout, making the entire experience stress-free.
We created some wonderful family memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing Anna Maria Island getaway.

The condo decorations were adorable, spacious rooms, excellent amenities. The pool was amazing. The sun is available all day and this made the cooler days SO enjoyable. The deck furniture is also awesome...and allowed us to watch some Tennessee baseball games while enjoying the outside air! Location to Ugly Grouper and other shops/restaurants was also appreciated!

I stayed 2 weeks at Ocean Breeze and would definitely recommend it whether you are staying a couple weeks or a couple months. Great location for walking to the beach, shopping or dining. 2 trolley stops nearby. But the selling point that I think will hook you is the beautifully landscaped private pool and spa The duplex itself, has a well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms all have comfortable beds and the family room has a new couch and loveseat. Multiple tvs are throughout the house, both inside and out. This is a great rental for a family or multiple adults. You will not regret staying here!

This one of the most private duplexes. I loved the private pool!! My family and loved chillin out on the deck and grilling. Not to far from the beach. Its is updated and quaint. Perfect for the price.

AMI Vacation/February 2023

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Breeze. The house was a perfect size for 7 of us. The favorite part for us was the gorgeous pool. We didn’t go to the beach often because of Red Tide so the pool was very important to our 3 grandsons. We never left the island for a week because everything we needed was right on the island. There’s a wonderful restaurant right around the corner and lots of shops. The realty company was just wonderful. We had a problem with the hot tub, and the people we talked to were very pleasant and helpful in getting it fixed. We were sorry to leave and would definitely go back.
