The property was very nice and as advertised. It was in a convenient location in a quiet residential area. It was very close to the beach, shopping and a number of restaurants. It was also a short drive to many other restaurants and shops. There was plenty of shade to escape the afternoon sun on the deck and around the pool if you wanted it. The only negatives were that the floor in the living area could have used a good cleaning and the bed sheets were rough.Overall the home was a very good choice for a family vacation.

Everything was as described, great location, walking distance to beach and shops/restaurants. Only down side was the construction across the street, very noisy/loud every day. Property was very clean, only item was the floors left bare feet black.

We had a great family vacation on AMI. The SeaBreeze Cottage was perfect for our family. The location is close to everything - beach, shopping, restaurants. The home had plenty of space for six and was clean and tastefully decorated. It was nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom and the master suite on the third floor was quiet and private. The kids loved the pool area and we enjoyed the afternoon sun. There was always shade for grandma too. Both gas and charcoal grills were provided and there were a few beach items as well. Upon arrival, there was no broom or carafe for the coffee pot, but one call to management had the issue addressed within a few hours. The only drawback to the house is that 2nd Ave would sometimes get busy as a bypass for traffic on Gulf Dr. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend for families traveling to AMI.

All the items the previous review mentioned have been changed by new owner & our stay was lovely. All bedrooms & bathrooms are nice size. Completely clean inside & out, including the pool. It sleeps 6 so easily with a downstairs open floor plan for visiting, eating, etc. Love that the beach is just a short walk away which is not crowded at all.
