The layout is built around separation and flexibility. There are three king bedrooms plus a queen convertible sofa in a second-floor living area. The primary bedroom suite is on the third floor and includes a Gulf-view balcony, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in jetted shower, and dual-sink vanity. Two additional king bedrooms are on the second floor, each with a balcony and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower with jets. An additional half bath is also provided.

We loved staying at this property. The location was great as it was a minute walk to the beach and centrally located in Anna Maria.They were great amenities in terms of games for my children’s which ranged from 12 years old to 22. The deck had an amazing view of both sunrise and sunset on the bay side and the gulf side.

This property is great. It’s across the street from beach access. It’s a quick trip to Publix for supplies and is convenient to both the Bradenton beach and Anna Maria beach portions of the island. Everything was clean and in good shape. When the elevator stopped working, the management company kept us updated on the repair. It was easy to communicate with the management company via text so it wasn’t interrupting our vacation time. We will definitely consider staying here again in future trips.

This house served every need and want we could have had. The property offers a pool/hot tub with ample seating to enjoy an outdoor meal. The putting green and corn hole set up provided fun evening entertainment. Everything we needed to enjoy a day on the beach was provided for us— several beach chairs in excellent condition, clean beach towels, and even beach bags. The homes proximity/accessibility to the beach was even better than the pictures indicated. From our front door to the beach, it was maybe 25 steps! Additionally, where this home accesses the beach, the beach area is noticeably less crowded than other parts of the beach. All beds were very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very easy to communicate. This is a phenomenal rental and we so appreciate getting to spend Mother’s Day weekend here!

House was very pretty and a great location. Had all supplies we could have need including beach items. Only issue we had was getting to the pool area, which we were told multiple times about pressing a bypass button before getting to the pool. We couldn’t see a bypass button anywhere and had messaged the owner with no response. Eventually we had to call to be told it only applied to a door and not a gate to the pool. So just know if you’re in unit A, there is no button even if they tell you there is. Not a huge issue though!We had an amazing time and a lot of it had to do with the house and location. Would stay again and recommend!
