Everything we could ask for was supplied (fully stocked kitchen and garage full of beach equipment). The pool was newly renovated. We enjoyed family game nights playing the variety of ones provided. Beautiful beach and stunning sunsets! Highly recommend Tropical Terrace #3!

We had a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island and really enjoyed our stay. This was the first time we've spent an entire week on the island, and it was a relaxing vacation that we'll always remember. The condo was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. We really appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrella available—it made our beach days even more enjoyable. The balcony was also a great place to relax with a morning cup of coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. The location was excellent. Having Publix, restaurants, shops, and even an ice cream place within walking distance was very convenient. We did notice that many of the restaurants seemed to close fairly early, so it's a good idea to plan dinner ahead of time. We had a couple of minor issues, such as figuring out the TV remotes and one bedroom feeling a little warmer than the rest of the condo, but nothing that took away from an enjoyable vacation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Anna Maria Island is one of our favorite places to visit, and we made some wonderful family memories during our stay. Thank you for helping make our vacation enjoyable!

This place was fabulous! The kitchen was fully stocked for everything we needed as we cooked meals daily. Very close proximity to restaurants shops and 100 steps to the white sandy beach! The garage had all of our beach necessities: wagon, chairs, cooler. Very comfortable beds and nicely furnished interior (TV in each room) with games for family game night. We will be back!

Great condo. There are minimal extras, like other places we have stayed. There was sufficient plates, glasses puts and pans. It is an easy walk to the beach. Location to the road makes for loud noises early and late. We had one issue with the garbage disposal; however it was fixed that day, so no complaints with that. The "heated pool" was heated by the weather so if it is cool the pool is not heated. When the weather is warm the pool is amazing. Overall, heat place to stay.

We loved the new living room furnishings (rug, tables, couch, pillows)! The condo was very clean and well stocked on the inside and the garage was full of beach chairs/toys/cooler/ wagon and a grill. Great location on the island near shops/restaurants and 100 steps to the beautiful white sandy beach! LOVED the heated pool. We will be back!!

We loved our unit

Very well equipped.. beds were super comfy. Living room couch very Uncomfortable-needs to be Replaced. Steps are challenging but just low it before. Coming. We’d like to return!
