The most distinctive amenity at Island Bay House Unit A is the enclosed indoor pool located on the ground floor. Unlike a traditional outdoor pool, this swimming area is built into the ground level of the property and surrounded by windows that can be opened to welcome fresh coastal air. Guests can enjoy a swim in the shade while still experiencing the island breeze when the windows are open. The indoor pool is shared between Unit A and Unit B and is not private to either rental. A shared BBQ grill is also available for preparing laid back vacation meals. Beach chairs and a beach cart are provided, making it easier to gather your beach essentials and head to nearby Manatee Public Beach.

Unit A occupies the third floor and provides a private living space separate from Unit B below. After a day at the beach, settle into the living room for a relaxing evening with your group. The units kitchen provides a convenient place to prepare breakfast, pack snacks for the beach, or serve dinner without leaving the comfort of the rental.

The propertys entrance differs from that of a traditional single family vacation home. Guests staying in both rentals enter through one shared exterior door on the ground level and use a shared interior stairway. Unit A has its own private front door on the third floor. Guests do not need to enter or walk through Unit B to reach Unit A.

Island Bay House Unit A has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, while the third bedroom has a full bed. The bedroom arrangement provides comfortable accommodations for a family, couples, or friends traveling together. Two bathrooms give guests added convenience when preparing for beach days and island outings.

Unit A includes a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and a beach cart. Stair access is required to reach the third floor rental. The indoor pool, ground level entrance, interior stairway, and BBQ grill are shared with Unit B, which may be occupied by another group during your stay.

Both garages are reserved for owner use and are not available to guests. The two boats located outside at the dock are also for owner use only and are not included with the rental.
