We book weekly Sun-Sun during the Summer season.
Each room is decorated to perfection with a blend of upscale cottage décor and some special antiques. Enjoy the panoramic Marsh views from the great room or screened-in porch. You can expect to see dolphins, ospreys, and herons.
You'll love the screened-in porch, with its casual seating, bistro tables, and Pawley's Island Hammock, or the great open-air deck.

The bedrooms (king size, queen size, and two twins), feature luxurious bedding and pillowtop mattresses. The master bedroom is a true haven, with a private bathroom and sliding glass doors to the deck where you can enjoy the marsh views.
TC 18B has a central location. Five minutes by golf cart or bike will take you to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The private Timbercreek Pool is just steps from the front door.
Two golf carts are included in the price. All linens, bath towels and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a wide selection of DVDs and CDs for quiet nights.
Our golf carts undergo regular professional maintenance, so you can travel with ease on your Island adventures.

BHI is a beautiful, quiet resort with all the amenities you need. There are many dining options, a modern grocery store, tennis, croquet and fitness centers, as well as ice cream/pizza shops, gift shops, etc. There are many activities for children, including fishing, sailing, kayaking and sightseeing charters.
Transportation is only by golf cart or bicycle.
BHI is the perfect destination for a vacation. It offers uncrowded beaches, wonderful facilities, and an upscale, yet casual atmosphere.

Had a great time. LOVED the Island. BHI Services was great and the check in process was easy. Tram drops you off at the doorsteps, condo is unlocked and waiting on you, golf carts are charged and ready to go. Got a courtesy call the following day from BHI Services to make sure we were happy with things. The only complaint would be the noise from the people walking in the unit up above. We didn't become aware of this until later in the week when it became occupied. But, the many positives far outweigh the one negative. I would highly recommend Marsh Mellow and BHI Services.

This lovely condo is tucked into the stunning live oaks with a magnificent view of the marsh. The property was spotless and is well appointed. There is ample comfortable seating in both the dining area and living space. The kitchen is well stocked with anything a guest might need. The beds are quite comfortable, as well. We all thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious limousine golf cart!

I can't say enough about this amazing condo. We loved the marsh views from Marsh Mellow. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Bald Head Island Services was great to work with. We are already looking to book for October.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marsh Mellow. Beautiful view and loved having the pool right outside our condo. The kitchen had everything we needed, the home was clean and when we had an issue or question about anything BHI Services or the owner responded immediately. We do wish the fireplace wasn't front and center blocking the amazing view, but would love this in the winter months. Either way, we will certainly stay in Timbercreek again.
