The downstairs king master bedroom has a private screen-enclosed porch. The second bedroom has 2 twins with 2 trundles and a private bathroom. The main living area is upstairs, along with the dining area, kitchen, bar area, and half-bath. The living room has both an open porch and a screened-in porch. The private third-floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom.
