Property Description
This is one of the few rental houses in the exclusive Palmetto Cove area, with access to a neighborhood dock for fishing or crab-catching. The new owners have filled this house with sleeping options for 12 people. The owners have flipped the master bedroom so that the entire second level can be used for the kids' dormitory, complete with bunk beds, trundles and games. Two master bedrooms with private baths are downstairs. Perfect for two families. The house is spacious despite the many sleeping options. The house has plenty of space for everyone, and the two-story living room ceiling makes it seem even bigger. Located in Palmetto Cove on a half acre lot, it is just a short drive to the nearby Maritime Market. Bring some crab traps and fishing poles, and head down to the dock located at the end of your street. Two carts. Two carts: 6 passenger and 4 passenger. Shoals Club memberships are available.
