Property Description

Flip Flops has a stunning view of the ocean and the signature par-3 hole of the golf club. It is the perfect place to start exploring the island with family and friends. The whimsical paintings and decor of the cottage, as well as its restful porches, will make your stay memorable. It is one of the larger homes on the island and has a unique feature, the crofter above the garage. This is the perfect hideaway for grandparents or in-laws, or anyone who wants to be alone. It has a small kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, sink and refrigerator. There is also a king-sized bed and a full bath. The decks and porches on the front and rear offer views in every direction. The kitchen has been expanded in recent years and is spacious. The dining table has 12 seats. There are also a dozen additional chairs on the porch just outside the front door. The covered rear porch downstairs has a swing, and half a dozen rockers. On the front porch, a group of chairs overlooks the 16th hole green. It's a great place to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. The ground floor porch features a swing, a love seat, and Adirondack chairs for a getaway haven. The downstairs master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an adjoining bathroom and access to the deck. The twin bedroom is also connected to the deck, and shares a hall bath with another twin room.
