Seabbatical is the perfect place to relax on Bald Head Island. This brand new 6 Bedroom 4.5 Bath house is located in the Live Oaks Forest of the Maritime Forest. This floor plan provides plenty of space for the entire family. The downstairs includes the living room, large screened-in porch and kitchen. The master king bedroom is also downstairs, with its own bathroom. It has a walk-in shower and two large vanities. Two queen bedrooms are located upstairs with a common bath. Through the breezeway, you will find a kids' living room/playroom and two additional bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has two twin bunk beds while the other has two twins. Live Oak Trail is located in the center of the island, close to all the great amenities such as the maritime market and shops. Come "Sea Us" in our new home at Live Oak Trail.
We cannot guarantee that the ice maker or water dispenser will be operational in the rental.
