The location of Utter East Villa (Villa 20) on the island is ideal. It is located across the street from South Beach (200 paces to water) and directly next to the Bald Head Island Club with its resort-style pool complex, restaurants and golf course. The casual atmosphere of the island combined with the Villa location makes it easy to settle in and start island relaxation vacationing from the moment you arrive.&nbsp;With three bedrooms, our villa is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of six people in a King, Queen, and 2 Twin size beds (in the upstairs sleeping loft). There are two full baths downstairs plus a half bath in the upstairs sleeping loft. The villa has both ocean and lagoon views.<br />
