Set within Barefoot Resort’s Cypress Bend community, 1134 Cypress Bend is a third-floor condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, accommodating up to four guests. The layout centers on an open living, dining, and kitchen area, supporting easy flow between cooking, meals, and downtime. The unit is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and the minimum age requirement is 25 years or older.

The kitchen is stocked for in-home dining with cookware and kitchen utensils, plus a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The dining area connects to the living space, which includes comfortable seating and a flat-screen television. Sliding glass doors open to a furnished outdoor lanai/patio with outside furniture.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and a television, with a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and includes storage with a closet and chest of drawers. A second full bathroom serves the guest bedroom and common areas. For added convenience, the laundry room with washer/dryer is located off the foyer, and towels/linens and an iron/ironing board are provided.

Guests have access to the private Cypress Bend pool and may also use the main resort pool and spa. A grilling area is available to guests; however, gas or charcoal grills are not permitted. Parking is free, and there is no elevator. Barefoot Resort property rules restrict motorcycles, buses, RVs, commercial vehicles, boats, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, golf carts, and trailers.
