Chasing Waves, located seconds from&nbsp;the powdery white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico, minutes to downtown Holmes Beach&nbsp;and &frac12; a mile from historic Pine Avenue on Anna Maria Island.&nbsp;<br />

This single family home is located west of Gulf Drive - no streets to cross to get to the beach!&nbsp;&nbsp;Chasing Waves is a fantastic beach retreat for any family, couple or small group of friends.&nbsp; This property offers two bedrooms; One king bedroom and the&nbsp;second bedroom with two twin beds. There are also 2 full baths: One with a walk in shower&nbsp;and the second bathroom off the main living area with a tub/shower combination - perfect for sandy kids after a long day at the beach. The open and generous living area features ample seating for winding down in front of the HDTV.&nbsp;<br />
Take the free trolley to Anna Maria Pier, or down to historic Bridge Street. Eat at restaurants like The Waterfront, Chateau Anna Maria, grab burger&#39;s at Skinny&#39;s, or watch the sunset at the Sandbar. Go parasailing, take a sunset cruise or paddleboard on the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf of Mexico.&nbsp;<br />

Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people.&nbsp;Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150 (per pet) will be due at the time of booking&nbsp;to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties.<br />

While most of our properties rent only from Saturday to Saturday, exceptions can be made. Please reach out to us&nbsp;prior to booking&nbsp;if you would like to arrive or depart on alternate dates, or stay for fewer than 7 nights. We would love to host you!<br />
