For your convenience you will find an elevator making it a seamless check in.<br />

All of the outdoor amenities are unparalleled with outdoor living space next to the pool, offering a relaxing spot to unwind; you absolutely will not want to leave this tropical haven. Ideally located<strong><u> just one block to the beach and 1 minute stroll to the beautiful turquoise waters of Bean Point beach.</u></strong><br />

The possibilities are endless and one thing is for sure-there is no shortage of activities when you stay at this versatile home. Don&#39;t forget to bring along your child&#39;s (or husbands) favorite XBOX game for hours of entertainment. Enjoy the coastal vibe of this home and take advantage of the gourmet kitchen equipped with granite counters and stunning cabinetry.<br />

No pets are allowed in this home.<br />

Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.<br />

This home is managed by Beach Retreats vacation Rentals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.<br />
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.&nbsp;Rentals typically run Saturday to Saturday, If you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to reservations@beachretreatsfl.com as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations.<br />

Extended stays &amp; bookings $25,000+ &rarr; Full payment 90 days prior, non-refundable<br />
You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, no questions asked. This grace period does not apply to reservations made within 60 days of arrival &mdash; these bookings are non-refundable from the time of booking.<br />
