Extended stays (over 2 weeks) or bookings over $20,000 → Full payment due 90 days before arrival; once paid, it’s non-refundable.<br />
Third party travel insurance cost is due at time of purchase <br />
Third-party travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non-refundable.<br />
If the Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, it must be done outside of the 60-day cancellation period, or normal cancellation rules apply. No changes are permitted during the stay. <br />

Rentals typically run Saturday to Saturday, If you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to reservations@beachretreatsfl.com as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations.</p>
