Its convenient location just minutes from Siesta Key ensures easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in the area, while the resort-like atmosphere of the Timberwoods Villa complex offers plenty of activities and relaxation options right at your doorstep.

The villa itself is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen, updated with modern appliances and fully stocked with essentials, makes meal preparation a breeze. Whether you're enjoying a quiet breakfast at the bistro set or hosting a dinner for six at the main dining table, you'll find everything you need for dining and entertaining.

The living area provides ample space for relaxation, with comfortable seating and a smart TV for entertainment. Access to the screened lanai allows you to enjoy the sunny Florida weather and lush views of the surrounding landscape.

Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished and offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, with the primary bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, en-suite bath, and access to the lanai. The second bedroom provides two twin beds and a large private TV, perfect for guests or family members.

Downtown Sarasota is a beautiful downtown area and only a few minutes from the house (easy Uber ride if you don’t want to drive and park). Owens Fish Camp is a must but be prepared to go early and wait at least 1 ½ hours or more. Other popular picks for us are, Classico, Sage rooftop, and Hyde Park. O’Leary’s is a fun place to visit and sits on the bay. St Armands Circle is a must-visit as well for shopping and eating. They also have an arcade that is fun if you have kiddos with you. Must eat there are Venezia, Speaks Clam Bar, Crab & Fin, and Columbia. End the day at Meaney’s Donuts (you can thank us later).
