The villa itself boasts thoughtful design and comprehensive amenities, featuring a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable seating. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished and offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, with the primary bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, en-suite bath, and access to the lanai. The second bedroom provides two twin beds and a large private TV, perfect for guests or family members.

Downtown Sarasota is a beautiful downtown area and only a few minutes from the house (easy Uber ride if you don’t want to drive and park). Owens Fish Camp is a must but be prepared to go early and wait at least 1 ½ hours or more. Other popular picks for us are, Classico, Sage rooftop, and Hyde Park. O’Leary’s is a fun place to visit and sits on the bay. St Armands Circle is a must-visit as well for shopping and eating. They also have an arcade that is fun if you have kiddos with you. Must eat there are Venezia, Speaks Clam Bar, Crab & Fin, and Columbia. End the day at Meaney’s Donuts (you can thank us later).
