This beautiful, newly constructed 3400 sq ft home is located in Sunnyside Beach area. It is a 3-story, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home on the quiet, West End of Panama City Beach, with beautiful ocean views from the private balconies of each bedroom suite on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The house is ideal for large families or groups of friends, equipped to sleep 12 adults comfortably in beds (15 maximum Guests allowed to stay). Each one of the bedrooms has a private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy. The entry level has a garage, laundry room, a bunk room and a pool suite that has a king bed, private bath with a large tile walk in shower and access to the pool area. The kitchen, dining area, half bath, living area and a bedroom with a King suite with a private bath is located on the second floor, providing a common area for you and your guests. The dining area includes seating for 6, plus 3 additional bar-stools. A large deck is connected to the living room, providing additional dining space with a table and seating for 6 while overlooking the pool area.
The master suite is located on the third floor, with a King bed and private bathroom. The luxurious Master bath provides a walk-in tile shower with dual shower heads, a large tub and his/hers vanity. Another bedroom located on the third floor has 2 Queen beds, private bath plus a private balcony with an ocean view.
