About This Rental
This townhouse style condo located in Pinnacle port, is a family-oriented resort tucked away from it all but still close to all the action, if desired. Pinnacle Port is located within the gated community of Carillon beach. Our building is truly unique as it is almost entirely surrounded by water. From the living room balcony, you'll enjoy gulf front views. From the master bedroom balcony, you'll have water-front views of Powell Lake. Located on the most western end of PCB, you're just across the bridge into Walton County and all that 30A has to offer as well as Pier Park in PCB for dining and shopping- all of this without the overcrowded beaches! Due to Pinnacle Ports unique location- you will never have an issue finding a spot to set up your chairs and tent.
This unit is a townhouse style condo located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the main tower. Entering the condo, you'll see direct ocean views off the dining and living room areas. Sit on the balcony off the living room and listen to the waves. The kitchen was renovated in 2021 and features all new appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator and granite counter tops. A half bath with a full-sized washer and dryer are also located on the main level.
**Upstairs you'll find a guest bedroom with direct oceanfront views. There is a queen bed as well as twin bunks, sleeping a total of 4.
**The second bedroom has a king bed and en-suite. The balcony off the second bedroom has views of Lake Powell and the bridge leading into Walton County.
The resort has 2 pools, one that is partially covered for those hot beach days. It is also heated in the cooler months for year-round enjoyment. 2 saunas are available for your use. We have 2 grilling areas located throughout the property one of them viewable from the living room balcony. We have a beach side playground, boat slips and docks for fishing. There are tennis courts and bocce ball. All of this in a safe, gated community lined with sidewalks and palm trees for bike riding.
