Bouldercrest at Eagles Nest is a custom-built 5-bedroom rental in the Blue Ridge Mountains and High Country region, set in a mountain setting and accommodating up to 14 guests. Inside, the home is organized around shared spaces for dining, relaxing, and entertainment, with a gas log fireplace in the main living area and streaming-capable TVs for guests to use with their own logins. The kitchen is equipped for full meal preparation with major appliances and cookware, and the home includes a butler’s kitchen area and a laundry center.

Sleeping arrangements include 4 king beds plus a dedicated twin setup (3 twins and 3 twin trundles). On the main level, one bedroom is a king suite reached by a few steps and includes a private deck and an en suite bathroom with a large shower and switchable “fog” windows. The second main-level bedroom includes a king bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle. Upstairs, the twin room provides four twin beds total, configured as two twins with trundles, and includes its own TV.

The lower level is designed for downtime and group activities, with two king bedrooms that each have a private full bath. This level also includes a movie room with a large-screen TV and a game room with a second viewing area, plus air hockey, foosball, darts, and a poker table.

Outdoor features include a back deck with a modern gas log fireplace and grill, plus a front-side wood-burning fire pit area and a walkway to the hot tub. Parking is limited to the driveway only. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and the home is wheelchair inaccessible. Winter travel notes provided for the community indicate that 4WD or AWD is required November through March, and chains may be necessary in winter months. Outdoor surveillance cameras are mounted along the front of the house; none monitor the interior or the hot tub area.

Bouldercrest is a one of a kind masterpiece within Eagles Nest. Hand-carved doors welcome you throughout. Truly a gourmet kitchen, you'll want for nothing. You'll have a small TV in the kitchen, and there is even a mug warming station for your coffee, tea, or Nespresso! The dining table is a custom work of art and seats up to ten guests. From the living room, enjoy the gas log fireplace while watching a movie or enjoying the view of the floor to ceiling glass walls.

Off the kitchen is a butlers kitchen and the laundry center. Two bedrooms are on the main level. Three steps lead you to the master King. There is a private deck, TV, and an amazing bathroom with custom tiled floors, enormous shower, and windows that "fog" at the push of a button. At the other end of the home, you'll find a bedroom with a King bed, a twin bed, and a trundle under the twin.

Head upstairs and find the twins room. There are a total of four twin beds; two beds with trundles under each. This room has it's own TV, as well.

The lower level has two King bedrooms, each with a private full bath. There is a movie room with a large screen TV. The game room has a second movie and viewing area, as well as air hockey, foosball, darts, and a poker table.

Outside, there is room for all to enjoy. The back deck has a modern gas log fireplace and grill. On the front side, lined by giant boulders, there is a wood-burning fire pit, seating, and a walkway to the brand new hot tub. Surrounded by trees, you might see a few creatures, but not any people!

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- All guest vehicles may only be parked in the driveway of the home. Vehicles may not be parked on the road.
- Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsmans Lodge or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- TVs are streaming-capable for guests to bring their logins.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
-Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please note that this homeowner uses outdoor surveillance cameras, both mounted along the front of the house, to ensure their home stays safe. No cameras monitor the inside of the home or the hot tub area.
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

If you like gorgeous, 180 degree mountain views from every window, state of the art design, and bells and whistles that make your stay feel like you're on HGTV, then this is the rental for you. The house is beautifully built into the hillside boulders and blends seamlessly into the landscape. The views were breathtaking, and the amenities were amazing. They have really thought of everything - from a wireless, waterproof outdoor Bluetooth speaker to a basket of Turkish towels for the hot tub, from a game room full of air hockey and XBox to a theatre room complete with a poker table. And the master bath is straight out of HGTV, with gorgeous heated floors, a beautiful shower with a view of the boulders and windows that turn opaque at the flick of a remote switch for privacy. The hot tub, fire pit and back porch fireplace were favorites among our group. Hoping this is the first of many stays for us at beautiful Bouldercrest!

Wow! Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals is not 5 stars, they are 10 stars! Every person from the beginning to end of the rental process to the details of the trip and any issues along the way- FAST, WONDERFUL, ACCOMMODATING. Every request was questioned answered in minutes. We had a few small issues with the home including a bee issue- A pest control person came within 2 hours of me calling. We wanted to watch sports and they gave us a private username and password for our use while we were there because the owner of the vacation rental did not have ESPN. The house was incredibly clean and perfect, the view to die for, the people-- FANTANSTIC. THANK you for an amazing trip! We will definitely be back!
