About This Rental
Papa Bear Lodge at Eagles Nest is a high-end comfort to behold, tucked among the trees beyond the mountain's crest in Eagles Nest. Enjoy the open concept living area with high ceilings, gorgeous windows, and comfortable leather furniture! The main level contains a fully equipped kitchen for entertaining guests, modern appliances, granite counters, and a picnic-style dining table. The living area has a wood-burning stone fireplace with a mounted 75" TV and ample seating.
Papa Bear Lodge at Eagles Nest features four separate sleeping areas. The master is located on the main level with a king bed and modern, private full bath with both a tub and a custom tile shower, a smart TV, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom is also on the main level with its own private bath, smart TV and queen bed. On the lower level, the third and fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom will have a king bed, while the fourth will have a queen plus twin over twin bunks. Also on the lower level, you'll enjoy arcade gaming and foosball in this home's second living room, complete with a bar area for nights of entertainment indoors.
Revel in the tranquility of Eagles Nest as you step out onto the covered porch for some outdoor dining or relaxation. A gas grill is available at the home. On a small path below the porch, you'll find this home's stone firepit. Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% Discount - Excluding Holidays.
Guests returning to Papa Bear Lodge may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
**Please note that a new home is being built across the street. Construction may be ongoing Mon-Sat, 7am-7pm. There are trees and a road between the lots, but some noise may be heard during working hours.**
Additional Notes:
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- The detached garage is not available for guest use.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's and will be turned away at the gate.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

-This home has two exterior security cameras on the right side of the house monitoring the parking area and main entryway only, no other cameras are present at the property.
-CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
