Welcome to The Mountainbriar Lodge&nbsp;in beautiful Beech Mountain! This stunning 4-bedroom home is the perfect mountain retreat for your next getaway.<br />

The main level of The Mountainbriar Lodge features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings, a gas log fireplace, and a large screen TV for cozy nights in. The luxurious primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main level with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a jetted tub, double vanity, and custom shower. Also on the main level is an additional queen bedroom with a full bathroom in the hallway.<br />

On the upper level, you&#39;ll find a queen bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The lower level of the home includes a bunk room with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, an arcade table, another large screen TV, a pool table, and a card table for endless entertainment options.<br />

Outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air on one of the two decks.&nbsp; You&#39;ll love to take a soak in the hot tub, grill up a delicious meal on the propane grill, gather around the gas fire table on the deck, or take a short walk down the stepts to cozy up around the fire pit for s&#39;mores and stargazing.<br />

Additional Notes:<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.&nbsp;<br />
- The Mountainbriar Lodge is pet friendly, allowing 1 mature, well-behaved dog per visit with a pet rent of $25 per pet per night- Guests returning to The Mountainbriar Lodge can receive 10% off the base room rent for any future visit when booked over the phone.<br />
- The town of Beech Mountain requires AWD/4WD and sometimes chains in times of incliment weather. &nbsp;Please plan for this possibility from November through March.<br />
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week&#39;s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a Firestarter for $25 plus tax per night.&nbsp;<br />
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.<br />
- This property has 2&nbsp;cameras.&nbsp; Camera #1 is at the front of the home looking at the driveway. Camera#2 is on the side of the home with lower driveway pointed toward a small section of the fire pit and looks up the lower driveway.<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY -<br />
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.<br />
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
