Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:

- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge. Weddings or other events are not permitted at the property. No exceptions will be made.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- This homeowner uses outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure their home stays safe. No cameras monitor the inside of the home or the hot tub area.
- This property allows up to 2 small dogs, a max of 25lbs each, for an additional pet rent of $50 per night per pet.
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

First of all, let me say, the house is fabulous! We've rented most of the larger homes in Eagles Nest over the years and Boulder Creek is our favorite by far. The layout is perfect for our large family and each bedroom is comfortable and so inviting. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we need with the exception of one thing...a Keurig. That's only a preference, I realize, as they already have a perfectly good traditional coffeemaker provided. I could go on and on...the only other thing I'd love from the owners is the floor plan! Haha! We are actually looking for a lot in Eagles Nest this weekend for our own mountain home. I'm sure this will be the first of many stays at Boulder Creek throughout the process.

The house is just built which means it is so clean and new and beautiful inside and out. The house had all the amenities I need. It can sleep a huge group of people comfortably. The beds were so very comfortable and there is so much deck space to enjoy the mountain air. There is a great bonus room downstairs complete with big screen tv and arcade games and foosball table. All in all this is a spectacular home and we cannot wait to return.
