The kitchen is equipped for full meal prep with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the home includes dishes/utensils, towels/linens, and a washer/dryer.

Upstairs, the loft functions as a game and hangout space with a foosball table and additional sleeping options (including bunks and a futon). Two more bedrooms upstairs each feature a king bed and a smart TV, and they share a full bathroom.

Outdoor living is spread across two deck levels: the main deck includes sectional seating, a fire table, and a gas grill, while the lower deck adds a hot tub and access to a fire pit. A locking gate between deck levels helps keep children or pets on the main deck. The property allows one mature, crate-trained dog (pet rent applies) and includes a fenced pet relief area. Guests have access to many Eagles Nest community amenities, though some areas are member-only; private ATVs are not permitted. In winter (Nov–March), AWD/4WD is required and chains may be necessary.

Step outside onto the deck, accessible from the kitchen and dining area, and enjoy the new gas grill. For added safety, a locking gate separates the levels to keep children or pets secure on the main deck. The steps lead down to the lower-level deck, complete with a hot tub and fire pit. Also located just six miles from the home is the Beech Mountain Club where guests can enjoy access to private restaurants & events, professional tennis, a fitness center, pickleball courts, and a heated pool to name just a few amenities. Guest passes must be requested (Sports-level membership is available) and the transfer fee must be paid for in advance to the Club.

- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.

- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.

- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
-This home allows 1 mature, crate-trained dog with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

I highly recommend! What an incredible place! My husband and I traveled with my son and my parents to Eagles Nest and we are so glad we did! The couches and beds were super comfortable. The windows along the back of the house showed incredible views. And the kitchen was very well stocked! There was plenty of space for all of us to move around and get quiet time to ourselves if we wanted to. My son, of course, enjoyed the games upstairs and was often found playing air hockey during our stay! It was really a great trip and we'll be back again and again!

We had a wonderful week at Eagles Nest with our family. There was so much to do. We loved the place so much we have already booked 2 weeks for next summer. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals were great! Check in and out was super easy. This was our first time up to this area and the staff at Blue Ridge couldn't be more helpful and informative. We have already told so many of our friends to definitely use Blue Ridge Mountain rentals.
