<strong>Additional Notes:</strong><br />
-&nbsp;Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
-&nbsp;All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests.&nbsp; More information and a schedule are found at eaglesnestatbannerelk.<br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s.&nbsp;<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
-&nbsp;The owners utilize two exterior cameras to monitor the grounds when unoccupied.&nbsp;<br />
- Returning guests of Bull &amp; Bear may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.&nbsp;<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.<br />
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am<br />
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.<br />
-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted<br />
-CANCELLATION POLICY:&nbsp;Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
