The home accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Sleeping options include 2 king beds, 2 twin/full bunks, and a queen Murphy bed. Two levels each include a primary bedroom suite, and the home also features a bunk bedroom plus a bonus room over the garage.

For downtime at the house, you’ll find a game room with a pool table, a hot tub, and a firepit. Indoors, there are two fireplace options: one gas and one wood-burning. The kitchen setup supports self-catering with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and dishes/utensils. Additional practical amenities include air conditioning, internet access, television, washer/dryer, towels/linens, hair dryer, and an iron/ironing board. A whole-house generator is included.

Stays include access to many Eagles Nest community amenities, such as Great Camp (with a general store, playground, mini-golf, hiking trails, and seasonal ropes course/climbing tower), North Pavilion (sports court for basketball and pickleball, dog park, walking trail, and fire pit), and the Camp area (tennis, pickleball, basketball, frisbee golf, and archery). Some areas are not available to guests, including the locked portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, and the Wine & Cigar Bar.

Important notes: the home is not pet friendly. Winter travel may require 4WD or AWD November–March, and chains may be necessary. Construction may be ongoing on the lot next door Monday–Saturday, 7am–7pm (updated January 10, 2024).

Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- Their is a whole-house generator for peace of mind.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
