About This Rental
Relax in the finest mountain views the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer!
The main level features a beautiful kitchen with granite counters and undermount sink, stainless appliances, and a large island. Bring your favourite pods for the Keurig and start your day on the deck. Long, layered views will put your mind at ease. The dining table seats up to seven, and there are four stools at the bar. The leather sofa and custom made chairs surround the gas fireplace and large TV with YouTube TV. A half bath is nearby for convenience, as well as the laundry center. The king suite has a walk in closet, ceiling fan, and a fabulous private bathroom. The double granite vanity has space for your items, and the tiled shower is a work of art.
On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The game room has a gas log fireplace, pool table, TV, and a Queen sized sleeper sofa to gather. A second full bath is in the hallway downstairs, with a granite counter and tiled shower. Access to the lower deck is here, still with amazing mountain views. Soak in the brand new hot tub!
**Please note that the advertised maximum occupancy is based on community regulations requiring a maximum advertising of two adults per bedroom. Homes with bunk rooms, lofts, or additional sleeping areas may be able to accommodate slightly larger family groups with children under the care of accompanying adults. Sweet Sejour can accommodate 6 adults in the king/queen bedrooms and 2 children on the lower level.
Outside, the main level deck has a covered seating area with a wood-burning fireplace. The seating at the fireplace is a cushioned wicker, while wooden Adirondacks are positioned for the views. A gas grill is here for cooking ease.

All guests must go to the North Gate of BRMC to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the North Gate closing for the day (see details below).
The current gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 9pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 9pm
A call box is available for guests arriving after hours, which will grant temporary access. Guests will need to visit the North Gate the following morning to collect your arrival packet. If you know you'll arrive later than 8:45pm, please contact the North Gate Team before arrival during open hours at 828.265.5065.
Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice:
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- Guests returning to Sweet Séjour may receive a discount of 5%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
- UTV Rentals: Available exclusively through Appalachian UTV. Rentals can be booked online at https://www.appalachianutv.com/. Rental pickups are located at the Meadows Pool. NOTE: Guests may not bring UTV’s, ATV's or Dirtbikes to BRMC during their visit. Only UTV's available for rent from Appalachian UTV are permitted.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
