Property Description

Welcome to Cozy Cub at Echota! A 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located in the beautiful community of Echota. When entering the home, it has an open kitchen plan. The appliances for your use in the kitchen are stainless steel with granite countertops to compliment. For all of the coffee lovers, there is both a Keurig coffeemaker, and a standard drip coffee maker. There is lots of storage in the cabinets for ingredients and coffee cups, wine glasses, and drinking glasses. There is also a large refrigerator/ freezer combo that has lots of space for food, and drink storage. Off from the ktichen is the living room and dining room. The dining room has three chairs and has a large table perfect for family meals. The living room has a large flat screen tv that is mounted on the wall, and gas log fireplace. Feel free to sit on the couch and watch movies while the fireplace crackles. 

There is a queen bedroom, a king bedroom, as well as a twin over full bunk bed room. The queen room has its own shower, with an attached bath. There is also a chair in this room that folds out to host another twin bed.  The twin over full bunkroom has a tub and shower combo, that is shared with the main house. The king room, features its own beautifully  tiled shower, and a jetted tub. Each bedroom has its own tv, so you are welcome to lay in bed and fall asleep to a great movie. There is a large covered deck, that showcases year round mountain views. You can sit on the deck in the mornings in the luxury furniture and enjoy a warm cup of coffee.

- There is a strict limit of three (3) cars parked at the property. 
- Pets are absolutely not permitted in Echota Rentals.
- AWD/4WD is required in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
