Property Description

Welcome to Whiskey Creek Cabin! This adorable mountain cabin nestled in the trees in western Watauga County is a perfect hideaway!

Enjoy an open floor plan with everything you need: living room space with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace and couches & TV to relax, a kitchen to cook, and a table for 6 to eat together. On the main level is a King bedroom with a full bath across the hall, and upstairs is a Queen bedroom with a custom built in elevated Twin bed and attached bath with shower.

Outside enjoy the sights and sounds of Nature! Kick back by the firepit and enjoy the seasonal mountain views, or stroll down to the two creeks on the property and look for crawdads.

Whiskey Creek Cabin is just a short drive away up the Buckeye road from Beech Mountain and all its wonderful dining and outdoor recreation areas, including hiking trails, fishing, and of course Beech Mountain Ski Resort! Watauga Lake and Boone are both less than 20 minutes away as well. 

Additional Notes:
- Repeat guests returning to stay at Whiskey Creek Cabin again can receive a 10% discount.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens are provided for you.
- This property is pet friendly for mature, well-trained dogs. Pet fee is $25/nt per pet.
- There are gravel parking spaces for up to 2 vehicles.
- There are about 4 steps to enter the main level of the home from the parking area. 
- The owners of the home have 4 exterior security cameras mounted to the corners of the roof facing away from the cabin, to help ensure their home remains safe. No cameras monitor the interior of the home.
