The home has four exterior security cameras mounted at the roof corners facing away from the cabin; none monitor the interior. Mature, well-trained dogs are permitted with a $25/night per pet fee.

Outside enjoy the sights and sounds of Nature! Kick back by the firepit and enjoy the seasonal mountain views, or stroll down to the two creeks on the property and look for crawdads. Soak away your cares in the hot tub!

Whiskey Creek Cabin is just a short drive away up the Buckeye road from Beech Mountain and all its wonderful dining and outdoor recreation areas, including hiking trails, fishing, and of course Beech Mountain Ski Resort! Watauga Lake and Boone are both less than 20 minutes away as well.

Additional Notes:
- Repeat guests returning to stay at Whiskey Creek Cabin again can receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens are provided for you.
