The heart of this living space is a magnificent gas fireplace providing cozy warmth making it the perfect place to unwind on crisp mountain evenings. Large windows offer panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, allowing you to take in the majesty of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the comfort of your own home. The chefs kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils needed to prepare a delicious meal and gather with family at the table that's connected to the kitchen island. Plenty of seating area for everyone! 

For those who crave the intimate ambiance of an outdoor fire, a wood-burning fireplace awaits on the expansive, covered deck. Guests can also enjoy the easy of lighting a fire at the high-top table which doubles as a gas fire table! Imagine sipping a glass of your favorite beverage under a star-studded sky, enveloped in the comforting embrace of the mountain air, while the crackling fire sets the perfect mood for relaxation. And when it's time to rejuvenate your body and soul, a luxurious hot tub awaits. Situated on a private deck on the lower level, the hot tub offers an unparalleled vantage point from which you can soak away the stresses of daily life while being surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.

Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: 
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed. 

Please read before booking:
All guests must go to the North Gate of BRMC to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the North Gate closing for the day (see details below).

The current gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 9pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 9pm

A call box is available for guests arriving after hours, which will grant temporary access. Guests will need to visit the North Gate the following morning to collect your arrival packet. If you know you'll arrive later than 8:45pm, please contact the North Gate Team before arrival during open hours at 828.265.5065.

ADDITIONAL NOTES :
- Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST
- There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles. There is room for one vehicle to be parked inside the garage.
- This home is pet friendly, and allows two, well-trained and mature dogs (no exceptions) for an additional pet rent for $25 per night, per dog.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- UTV Rentals: Available exclusively through Appalachian UTV. Rentals can be booked online at https://appalachianutv.com/ . Rental pickups are located at the Meadows Pool. NOTE: Guests may not bring UTV's, ATV's, or Dirt bikes to BRMC during their visit. Only UTV's available for rent from Appalachian UTV are permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY - 
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
