From the covered front porch, you will enter into the open, vaulted living room. &nbsp;Your party will be tempted to immediately start up the gas log fireplace and relax in all the cozy seating, or maybe you&rsquo;ll jump into preparing your first meal at the home.&nbsp;&nbsp;With stainless steel appliances, granite counters, custom wood cabinets, A propane grill on the deck, and all the kitchen basics you&rsquo;ll need, you will be able to prepare the favorite meal of anyone involved.&nbsp;&nbsp;The dining table offers seating for 8 with additional seating available at the granite island nearby.&nbsp;&nbsp;Also on the main level, you&rsquo;ll find the expansive primary suite with a king bed and access to the stunning deck.&nbsp;&nbsp;The ensuite bathroom makes morning prep a joy thanks to the double vanities, oversized soaking tub, and shower.<br />

Explore up to the second level where you will find two additional bedrooms.&nbsp;&nbsp;Each bedroom on this level offers both a queen bed and a full bed.&nbsp;&nbsp;A shared bathroom between the rooms provides a shower tub combo as well as another double vanity.<br />

On the lower level, you&#39;ll find the game room equipped with everything you need to have a great time.&nbsp; Turn on your favorite show or movie as you enjoy the pool table, foosball table, connect 4 wall boards, and checkers table.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

ADDITIONAL NOTES<br />
- This home is pet friendly with a pet rent of $25+ tax per pet per night. Peaceful View allows up to two mature and well-trained dogs.<br />

- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.&nbsp;&nbsp;Towels and linens will be provided for you.<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit and wood-burning stove can be purchased with at least 7 days notice prior to arrival.&nbsp;You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. Please let us know how many nights that you would like to purchase.<br />
- Home is accessed by an inclined and winding gravel driveway.&nbsp;&nbsp;AWD or 4WD are required Year round and chains may be required from November through March to access this home.<br />
