<strong>Additional Notes:</strong><br />
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or&nbsp;with a week&#39;s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.&nbsp;<br />
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.&nbsp;<br />
- All TVs are SmartTvs and streaming only.<br />
-Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee and cash bar for food and drinks.&nbsp;<br />
- 4WD required for winter months and chains may be necessary during times of snow or ice.&nbsp;<br />
- All linens and towels provided.<br />
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.<br />
-&nbsp;Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- Guests returning to The Dire Wolf may receive a discount of 5%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.</p>
