Property Description

PLACE AT THE BEACH PHASE I - 277 West First Street Unit 1C -This first floor side unit condo is in an oceanfront complex, so you won't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. It features two bedrooms and one and a half baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed, and 1/2 bath, and the other bedroom has a double and a single. The dining table seats four.

This condo has keyless entry.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, and Wireless Internet. This condo provides cable service. There are hibachi grills on the opposite side of the building away from the pool. The coin operated laundry is adjacent to the pool. This unit has a private balcony which faces off to the side of the building, so there's no ocean view.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
