This first floor condo is located in an oceanfront complex. You won't need to cross any roads to get to the beach. The condo has two bedrooms, one and a 1/2 baths and is all on one floor. The one bedroom has a queen-sized bed and 1/2 bath. The other bedroom has two single beds and a double bed. The dining table can seat four people. This condo has keyless access. The condo has a seasonal community pool, an outside shower, central heating and air, a dishwasher, microwave, iron/ironing boards, and Wireless Internet. This condo offers cable service. The hibachi grills are located on the opposite side of building from the pool. Coin operated laundry is located next to the pool. This unit's private balcony faces away from the building to the side, so there is no ocean view. *Bedsheets, bedspreads and pillows are provided to ensure your comfort and convenience. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is supplied with bath towels. All linens are cleaned to high standards before each new occupancy. The linens will be placed in a bag with a label outside the door before your arrival. Please place all used linens in the bag and leave it outside the front door for pick up at the end of your trip. Paper and soap are not included. The linen package comes with every reservation. It is not an option. *ALL OUR UNITS ARE NO-SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. This is not an oceanfront condo. No golf carts are allowed on the property, per the condominium association. Please let us know if you need more than two parking passes.
